What's New
Automatic Read Receipt Tracking
Messages and posts are now automatically marked as read when players, parents, and team members view them. This happens seamlessly in the background without requiring any manual action, ensuring accurate tracking of who has seen what content.
Status Modal
A new status modal provides a clear overview of message delivery and engagement. Coaches and organizers can quickly see which team members and parents have viewed important announcements, helping you gauge whether your message has reached its intended audience.
Why This Matters
Communication breakdowns in sports teams and clubs often happen not because of what's said, but because of uncertainty about whether information has been received. These features address common scenarios coaches and organizers face:
- Practice changes: Verify that players and parents saw the update about tomorrow's practice location change
- Permission forms: Know which families still need to see the tournament consent form announcement
- Game day details: Confirm that everyone has viewed the arrival time and uniform requirements before sending individual reminders
- Important deadlines: Track who has seen announcements about registration deadlines or equipment orders

Read receipts and status tracking are now active across all team channels. Simply create posts as usual—the system handles the rest. To view read status for any of your messages, access the status modal from the post options.
